Ski/Ride Utah represents a variety of ski areas and resorts. In addition to the info listed here, click on the Ski Utah logo for details. While Ski Utah LSSM programs are targeted to state residents, Utah resorts on Forest Service land are open to all U.S. residents. Some Utah resorts are on private lands. Alta, Brian Head, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude, and Snowbasin· are located on public land and are part of the U.S. Forest Service. Brian Head is on the Dixie national forest and the rest are part of the Uinta-Wasatch - Cache. Check National Forest System for a complete list of ski/snowboard areas on public land.
